My mother passed away over 5 weeks ago, I handed the keys back a month ago and her bond still has not been dealt with, Chrissie has stop responding to my emails after I told her it was unacceptable and not to leave messages on my late mothers phone when they were given my phone number.

A rental tenant for one of the properties they manage. Reported a gas leak at 7am, but no one came to inspect it until 2pm. Made me put distrust in their rental team

Some are polite some a plain rude not to mention the state my brothers house was given too him and the hassles to get it fixed by his property manager but my property manager is amazing so attentive to detail and will always help out so really 50/50 chance you will have a great experiance or a bad one plus rentals are cheap as chips and decent sizes too
