I have had a nightmare of a tenant who has destroyed my property (not engaged by Professionals Property Executives, I stupidly thought I could do it myself whilst going through cancer treatment). I did house in inspection on 16th May time 16:45 in success and I applied for a lease after inspection with all documents, I put in all my references, my friends and previous employer and all, I received email with below message next day.''Your application wasn’t approved as another one was in the meantime. Your 2 employment checks weren’t completed yet and we unfortunately don’t wait for all other applications to be completed.''I checked with my employment they already passed my reference on same date, and I have proof for that.I am disappointed I came all the way from airport area for inspection and I came between my working hours' time, and I requested my boss to finish early just because of a house inspection.Please give time to tenants to push friends for references within few hours no one pass references for anyone, everyone is busy on their life definitely they pass references when they get time. It's kind unfair to tenants.Looks like already pre-planned to give house someone else, waisted my time for inspection. I don't mind if you guys refused my application with other reason but if made my file unsuccessful with reason of reference which is unfair for me.Please fix this system, I agree that nowadays the rental market is very high, and you guys have lots of interest but just 1 reference in pending not making any sense for unsuccessful.Thanks :)

Great experience with these people over the last few years; accommodating and unintrusive. My particular apartment had some issues and they were attended to as requested. No complaints! Thanks again, and I'll bear you in mind if I look to rent in this area again. :)

Our landlord recently switched over the management of our rental to these guys and they have honestly been wonderful since day one!Our last experience with a large real estate agency was not good at all, and I was feeling a bit anxious about having to deal with another one without much of a choice. But our questions never go unanswered, nothing seems like it's too much hassle, and everyone that we've dealt with in the office has been amazing and so polite.I would definitely recommend renting through these guys, and if I need to in the future, would go through them again.
